General Conditions of Sale
The general conditions of sale are intended to inform any potential consumer, person or entity about the terms and conditions in which the company SAPP Maxim's proceeds with the sale and delivery of products ordered. These general terms and conditions also define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of goods by the Seller to the consumer.

Any order achieved on this site leads to the acceptance of these conditions.
1 - PRICE
1.1. The prices of our products are given in euros, subject to a change in the rate of French VAT. The prices exclude participation in shipping costs, charged in addition to the price of products purchased according to the amount of the order.
1.2. All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.
1.3. The company SAPP Maxim’s reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability on that date. This change will be reported to the Buyer before any order.
1.4. The VAT rate shown on the order form is applicable on the date of the order.
1.5. The VAT rate applicable regardless of who provides the Buyer is the Seller’s rate, that is to say a rate of 5.5% or 20% depending on the product.
1.6. If delivery takes place outside the territory of the European Union, customs duties and formalities related are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
2 - RESERVATION OF PROPERTY
Products purchased on the site www.maxim-shop.com remain the property of Maxim's SAPP until full payment is received.
3 - ORDER
3.1. Orders placed on the site www.maxims-shop.com are subject to several steps that are all validated per clicks made by the Buyer. The final validation during the order process is equivalent to an agreement of acceptance of information related to these Terms of Use.
3.2. Protection of minors and sale of alcohol
Pursuant to Article L. 3342-1 Code of Public Health, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.

4 - VALIDATION

In accordance with Article 1369-2 of the Civil Code, the Seller Maxim's SAPP agrees to confirm the Customer's order through an acknowledgment by e-mail within 24 hours. It will specify the contents of the order, its cost, the payment method chosen and the procedure of delivery.
7 - THE PROOF
Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded on the site www.maxims-shop.com archived by the vendor constitute proof of all transactions made by SAPP Maxim's and its Customers.
8 - AVAILABILITY
As stated in Article 1369-1 of the Civil Code, product offers and prices displayed on the site www.maxim-shop.com are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. For products not stocked in our warehouse, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In this framework, information on the availability of products are provided at the time of your order.

9 - DELIVERY
9.1 General
Products purchased on the site are shipped under the terms of deadlines set out in section "Delivery" following the confirmation of payment and obtaining customs documents if necessary (Outside EU). The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process.

9.2 - Delivery problems

9.3 - Product Compliance
Maxim's society SAPP will refund or exchange products that do not correspond to your order. In this case we kindly ask you to report in detail in writing and send back the product. SAPP Maxim's will exchange or refund of the product. The request must be made within fifteen working days of delivery. Any claims made after this deadline will not be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all items included (box, basket, cardbox).
The shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the rate charged.
In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee in particular those relating to warranty against hidden defects. The provisions of this section do not prevent you from enjoying the right of withdrawal (money back) under section 5.

9.4 - Packaging and protection of your order
We attach particular importance to the preparation of your order and to the protection of the items during transit.
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged.
All our parcels and boxes have been rigorously selected for their sturdiness. We also use appropriate cushioning solutions.
To limit the use of paper, we do not send an invoice in your parcel. Your invoice is available to download at any time from your customer account.
9.5 - Incorrect delivery address
The information provided by the buyer when placing an order is binding. In the event of error in the wording of the recipient's details (surname, first name, telephone number) or incomplete or erroneous address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the failure of the delivery. No refund will be made to the customer.
9.6 - Parcels not collected from a relay point
When a parcel is delivered to a relay point (Relais Colis or Chronopost), the customer is informed by e-mail of its availability and the collection time.
If the parcel is not collected in time, it is returned to us. This return will be invoiced to us by the carrier and will result in the destruction of the products. For this reason, no reimbursement will be made in the event of non-return.
Exceptional cases: If the return of the parcel is not due to a failure to collect on the part of the customer (carrier error, logistical problem, etc.), the customer must contact our customer service department as soon as they receive notification of the return. A suitable solution will then be proposed.
After 30 days following the return of the parcel, SAPP Maxim's will consider the order abandoned, with no possibility of complaint.
10 - PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases can be made using several methods including online payment by credit card: Visa, MasterCard.
Payment of the full price must be made during the order by the Buyer. At no time, the payments can be considered as a deposit. The receipt of the full amount of the order will be made by the Seller at the time of confirming the order.
11 - REFUNDS
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Article 5 shall be made within a period not exceeding 30 days after receipt of goods by us.
Reimbursement will be made to your choice by re-crediting your bank account or by check sent to the Customer who placed the order and billing address.
No sending in refunding will be accepted for whatever reason.
12 - RETURNS
Returns will be accepted by SAPP Maxim's only upon its prior written agreement and in no case more than 48 hours after delivery to a recipient.
Where SAPP Maxim's accepts a return in the case of an obvious flaw or the nonconformity of the products delivered with an order, SAPP Maxim's will allow the free replacement of the product or the return of the amount paid by the purchaser. In making a purchase, the purchaser, on behalf of itself and any recipient of the purchase, waives any additional claims it may have, including for interest and other payments.
Returns are to be made to SAPP Maxim's: thank you for contacting us by e-mail to define the terms. This right of return will be accepted for products in their original packaging, complete, undamaged and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not taken into account.
13 - SECURITY

14 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
