In order to provide you with the best service and to allow you to enjoy optimized delivery conditions, we have chosen Chronopost for the delivery of our products everywhere in France and So Colissimo for shipments outside mainland France.

For deliveries in France, you can choose from two delivery options for optimal service.

Your parcel can be:

• Delivered to your home or to the address of your choice the day after the order is shipped.
• Delivered to one of the many Chronopost or Relais Colis partner retailers (mainland France only).

In Belgium, delivery is possible to your place or in a partner shop. In Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg and Italy, the delivery is only possible to your place.

With So Colissimo, you are constantly informed about the different shipping steps of your parcel, by e-mail or text messaging:

• As soon as your parcel is available at your retailer.
• If you have not collected your parcel within 5 days.
• Parcel delivered against signature (exclusive to Chronopost)

Moreover, you can constantly check the status of your parcel on the So Colissimo website or on Chronopost website : Chronopost and Relais Colis.

Preparation and shipping time

We will process your order as soon as possible, within 4 to 5 working days (non-contractual, average lead time for France - 10 days for the other countries). Once your order leaves our warehouse, Chronopost committed to deliver within 48 hours in France.

For the moment, we only deliver to France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxemburg and Italy. Please subscribe to our newsletter in order to get all the information about our upcoming delivery services.

Delivery periods for chocolate

In order to protect all their organoleptic qualities, our chocolates should never be exposed to extreme temperatures. Therefore, according to the selected place of delivery, we might not be able to deliver chocolates all year round.

We do our best to adapt our online range to weather conditions, but temperatures – especially during the mid-seasons – can vary greatly from one area of the country to another.  We therefore might have to put back or change your order, with your approval, if the weather was potentially harmful to the preservation of our products during transportation.

Please feel free to ask us any question you might have and to also browse our range of non-heat-sensitive items.

In Belgium, delivery is possible to your home or to a collection point. For other countries, delivery is only possible to your home with So Colissimo.
