complete description

This new appellation, born November 24th 2011, spreads over the Grande Bourgogne area, from Chablis for its northern limit to the Beaujolais in the South. According to the wine style (red, white or rosé), this appellation is made from the grape varieties mainly found in Great Burgundy (Pinot, Gamay and Chardonnay and Aligoté). Moderate yield, a late harvest to ensure the maturity of the grapes and a long classic Burgundian fermentation, produce a wine with a strong identity. With an intense ruby color, black berry fruits and spicy notes, this Coteaux Bourguignons is a complex wine with round and elegant tannins. To be served at 18° C with grilled or roasted red meats.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health, drink with moderation. The sale of alcohol to people under the age of 18 is prohibited. Alcohol use, even in small amounts, is potentially dangerous for baby development during pregnancy.
