This Chablis is the ideal aperitif wine to accompany a dish. It goes well with both seafood and French local products such as snails or andouillette.
The robe of this wine is very pale and brilliant with green reflections. It has a discreet nose, a little closed, revealing a few fragrances of white flowers and acacia honey. The palate opens on a first greedy impression of white flesh fruits but is very quickly followed by a beautiful freshness, underlined by notes of citrus fruits.
Chablis Maxim's is a young, fresh and dynamic wine. You can also taste its close neighbour, our Chardonnay Maxim's.
