Tasting notes

Colour: golden yellow with a fine effervescence.

Nose: honey and flowers first, then the aroma opens up with notes of biscuit and caramel.

Palate: very balanced, very straight, starts with a rather supple attack. Then the freshness quickly takes over and carries the wine to the finish. Notes of citrus fruit are present. The finesse is linked to a beautiful concentration which makes it a very high quality wine. The length in the mouth is impressive.
