Burgundy, the birthplace of great wines, is also a land of excellence for sparkling wines. Maxim's Crémant de Bourgogne AOC embodies all the refinement of this emblematic wine-growing region. Made from a subtle blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay grapes, this Crémant is produced using the traditional Champagne method, a guarantee of finesse and authenticity.
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, and only the first pressings, which are richer and more complex, are kept. The wine then ages slowly for 12 to 18 months on laths, developing an elegant effervescence and nuanced aromas.
Tasting reveals a golden colour with fine, light bubbles, a fruity nose with notes of white flowers, and a delicate palate marked by aromas of citrus fruit, brioche and a subtly exotic mineral finish.
Presented in an exclusive Maxim's bottle, this top-of-the-range crémant brut is ideal for all occasions: elegant aperitifs, festive meals or refined dinners.
Food and wine pairings: perfect with hard cheeses, creamy chicken or simply as an aperitif. Serve chilled, between 7 and 8°C, to reveal all its aromatic complexity.
