• Block of duck foie gras - 80 g

Reconstituted duck foie gras, water, pepper, salt. May contain traces of sulphites.

• Mix of dried fruits almonds, canberries and soya beans - 100 g

shelled almond, dried cranberry halves (cranberry, sugar, sunflower oil), roasted immature soybean, roasted soy, roasted black soy, salt, raising agent: E500 (ii) sodium bicarbonate. May contain traces of nuts.  

• Shortbreads flavoured with truffle - 75 g

wheat flour (gluten), fresh churned butter (milk), fresh whole eggs, icing sugar, mushroom cream with summer white truffle 3%, (cultivated mushroom, sunflower oil, horn of plenty, herbs (parsley, garlic), vegetable fibers, salt, summer white truffle 1,1%, natural truffle flavour, spices), skimmed milk powder, ceps powder 1%, flavour, egg yolks, table salt, Guérande salt, raising agent, (disodic diphosphat, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch (gluten)), pepper, olive oil with Alba white truffle 0,2%, (olive oil, Alba white truffle 0,1%, flavours). May contain traces of peanut, soy, nuts, spelt (gluten), buckwheat.

• Tin dark chocolate covered hazelnuts - 40 g

Dark chocolate coating, (cocoa 55% min.), cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), natural flavour, thickening agent: arabic gum E414, glucose syrup, hazelnuts saucestabilizer: sorbitol (E420) (40%). May contain traces of milk, gluten (wheat, barley).

• Mini Gouda puff pastry cookies - 50 g

wheat flour (gluten) (30%), Gouda (milk), vegetable fats (palm, coconut), vegetable oil: colza, salt. May contain traces of sesame seeds. 

• Box dark chocolate covered lace crepes - 90 g

Dark chocolate 43%, (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (milk), emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavour), wheat flour (gluten), sugar, concentrated butter  (milk), lactose and milk proteins, salt, barley malt extract (gluten), raising agent: E500 (ii) sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322). 

• Gift-pack - 4 truffles with sprinkles of lace crepes  - 34 g

dark chocolate (78%) (cocoa paste, sugar, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavour), concentrated butter (milk), feuilletine chips (5%) (wheat flour (gluten), sugar, concentrated butter (milk), skimmed milk powder, barley malt (gluten), salt), cocoa powder.
